We use high-quality materials

The structure of the solar panel carport is made using cold-rolled steel profiles manufactured from coil steel grades S235JR / S355JR in accordance with EN 10025, with anti-corrosion protection applied by hot-dip galvanizing according to ISO 1461:2009.

The use of galvanized coil steel S350GD in compliance with EN 10326, as well as equivalent materials (Aluzinc, Magnelis, Corrender, Posmac) with an anti-corrosion coating of at least 275 g/m², is also permitted depending on the requirements of each specific project.

If desired, the structure can be manufactured from high-quality aluminum alloy with an anodized coating.For fastening, we use stainless steel components of grade A2-70 according to ISO 3506-1:2009, or carbon-steel fasteners compliant with ISO 898-1:2013, equipped with various types of protective coatings (electro-galvanizing, Dacromet, Delta, HDG), depending on customer requirements.

The SCP Mounting Systems structures are developed by Solar Stalkonstruktsiya LLC in accordance with the standards and requirements of GSN V.1.2-14:2018, GSN V.1.2-2:2006, GSN V.2.6-198:2014, GSN V.2.1-10:2018, GSN V.2.6-98:2009.

Cold-rolled steel profiles for the solar EV charging station are manufactured from coil steel grades S235JR / S355JR in accordance with EN 10025 with hot-dip galvanizing according to ISO 1461:2009, or from galvanized coil steel S350GD in compliance with EN 10326 (or equivalent grades).

Metal components connecting the steel profiles in the solar panel carport are made from stainless steel A2-70 according to ISO 3506-1:2009. The use of carbon-steel components in compliance with ISO 898-1:2013, with other coating types (electro-galvanizing, Delta, HDG), is also permitted.Module-clamping elements are made from the aluminum alloy AlMg0.7Si.
