Company’s history

Solar Steelconstruction was founded in 2012 on the basis of a production complex for steel sections manufacture.

During its operation, Solar Steelconstruction has already implemented a number of large-scale projects in the solar energy sector and participated in the construction of many facilities with a total generation capacity of over 3000 MW.

2024 year

  • Groups’Corporate structure changes with subordinate holding Company registered in Cyprus.
  • Groups’ cumulative turnover exceeded 100M Eur.
  • Groups’ personnel – 700+ people.
  • New marked opened with registered permanent representative offices (Sweeden, Austria, Slovenia, Czheck republic).
  • Certified with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

2022 year

  • The company opened an official representative office in Lithuania.
  • The new configuration of roof mounting systems SRS-102 and SRS-102-EW, successfully implemented in new projects, was developed.
  • Export deliveries amounted up to 200 MWp, which is 30% more than last year.

2021 year

  • The company opened its official representative office in North Macedonia and started construction of a 17 MW solar power plant
  • Export deliveries amounted to 150 MW, which is 5 times more than previous year
  • SOLARsk Electrotechnical Laboratory has been certified and received a European standards ISO 10012:2005 Compliance Certificate

2020 year

  • The company opened its official representative office in Poland.
  • The company received CE certification in 2021
  • The company opened its official representative office in North Macedonia

2019 year

  • We implemented 15 projects with a total capacity of 145 MW as a general contractor.

2018 year

  • More than 900 completed rooftop projects throughout Ukraine.
  • The SJ PROFIL UKRAINE plant for the production of mount systems for solar power plants was commissioned in Kyiv region.

2017 year

  • The largest “Main Structures” solar power plant on SMS mount systems was built in the Republic of Belarus with a capacity of 48 MW.
  • We implemented 2 projects with a total capacity of 8 MW as a general contractor.

2016 year

  • More than 250 projects with a total capacity of 140 MW were implemented;
  • new equipment for the production of roof mount systems was put into operation in Dnipro.

2015 year

  • Industrial stations: 5 projects. Rooftop stations: 53 projects were implemented.
  • A workshop for the production of mount systems for solar power plants was commissioned in Dnipro.
  • First deliveries of mount systems to EU countries.

2014 year

  • 5 projects for large solar power plants were developed.
  • 12 types of ground-based structures and equipment for all types of roofs and facades were developed

  • 21 projects for the construction of ground-based SPPs were developed.
  • 5 types of ground-based structures and equipment for all types of roofs and facades were developed.
  • Support structures were delivered for projects with a capacity of over 170 MW.

2012 year

  • Company incorporation.
  • Production of individual structural elements for SPPs.
  • Individual structures for power plants were delivered for projects over 150 MW.

Corporate social responsibility

Solar Steelconstruction believes it is important to contribute to the sustainable development of society, and as part of its corporate social responsibility program, the company implements projects related to the following key areas:

Environmental protection

Our employees are involved in the responsible procurement program and the cost-saving regime. We save resources (electricity, water, paper), deny unnecessary purchases and encourage lean-consumption, use safe products and technologies, and recycle our waste.

Healthcare

The portfolio of corporate volunteer events includes: assistance to infectious diseases hospitals in Dnipro (donation of equipment to fight COVID-19), construction of a sports ground for people with disabilities in Globa Park, Dnipro (together with the Rotary Club), assistance in the rehabilitation of children through charitable foundations, holding Donor Day events, and permanent targeted assistance to charitable foundations.

Education

We fulfill the obligations to our clients responsibly and to the fullest extent possible.

Sport

Our employees are actively involved in volunteer activities to support socially vulnerable groups of society.

Branches and representative offices

In 2015, Solar Steelconstruction for the first time supplied mounting systems of its own production to the European Union. This is how a new line of business – exports to other countries – began to develop.

Since 2021, the company has been growing globally and already has a wide partner network and warehouses of partner companies across Europe.

The scope of Solar Steelconstruction LLC’s quality management system covers design, manufacture and installation of solar power plant facilities.

An effective enterprise management system ensures stable operation, the achievement of expected results and consistent product quality of the appropriate level.

The management of Solar Steelconstruction LLC considers it its duty to constantly monitor the processes, the quality of services provided, the degree of customer satisfaction, and to strive for continuous quality improvement in connection with the growing needs of customers and society.

Health and Safety Policy

SolarSK’s core value is its employees, and one of the basic human rights is to work in safe conditions. The company implements and improves the performance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001

Environmental policy

The Company considers environmental protection, rational use of natural resources, and environmental safety of production to be a strategically important element of its operations. Our ISO certificate confirms that:

  • the quality of products supplied to consumers is controlled both at the production stage and by monitoring the output parameters of finished products before shipment;
  • compliance with production technologies is ensured through the use of external regulatory and internal technological documentation and is monitored by technical specialists within the areas of responsibility established by job descriptions;
  • the products are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the laws of Ukraine and the countries to which the company supplies its products;
  • the company’s personnel have qualifications that meet all the necessary requirements to perform their professional duties;

All these factors, as well as a strong regulatory framework of regulated processes that ensure the production of high-quality products, meet the needs of the most demanding customers for orders with specific conditions.
