We work to ensure that each mounting system is not only strong, but also convenient to install and adapted to the real conditions in which solar stations operate across Ukraine. Our engineers take into account terrain, roof type, project format, and wind zone characteristics. Therefore, before buying mounting systems for solar panels, it is important to determine exactly where the station will be installed and what loads the structure will face during operation.

Dynamic Mounting Systems for Solar Panels

Dynamic systems are modern mounting solutions that automatically adjust the tilt angle of modules depending on the position of the sun. This allows panels to operate more efficiently throughout the day, ensuring higher energy generation even in challenging weather conditions.

Most common types of dynamic structures:
  • single-axis tracker — adjusts the tilt of panels along one axis, optimizing performance throughout the day;
  • dual-axis tracker — operates horizontally and vertically, allowing panels to follow the sun with maximum precision.

To ensure long-term and stable operation, installation should be entrusted to professional installers.

Material Selection for Solar Panel Mounting

The durability of any structure begins with the right choice of materials. That is why all our solar panel mounting systems are made from metal capable of withstanding loads, corrosion, and long-term outdoor operation. For each type of facility, we select the optimal balance of strength, weight, and ease of installation.

Main materials used in our metal structures:
  • Galvanized steel. Valued for high rigidity and corrosion resistance. The zinc layer provides reliable protection against moisture, snow, and sharp temperature fluctuations. Our galvanized mounting profile is ideal for large commercial stations and industrial facilities.
  • Aluminum components. Lightweight, geometrically precise, and easy to install, they reduce roof load and ensure fast installation. Aluminum does not rust and maintains its shape even after years of operation.

Quality and Compliance with Standards

We pay maximum attention to production standards and quality control, as solar mounting systems must operate for decades without losing strength. In ground-mounted structures, we use cold-rolled steel profiles made from coil steel grades S235JR / S355JR in accordance with EN 10025. Anti-corrosion protection is provided by hot-dip galvanizing according to ISO 1461:2022 — ensuring corrosion resistance even in harsh climates.

We also use galvanized steel S350GD in accordance with EN 10326 and modern equivalents such as Aluzinc, Magnelis, Corrender, and Posmac with coatings from 275 g/m². This allows the structure to be adapted to the technical requirements of each project and ensures maximum durability.

Fastening is performed using stainless steel hardware A2-70 in accordance with ISO 3506-1:2022 or carbon steel compliant with ISO 898-1:2013 with various coatings — electro-galvanized zinc, Dacromet, Delta, or HDG. Thanks to this, each solar panel mounting kit complies with international standards and ensures safe and stable system operation throughout its service life.
