      The following data is required to calculate the capacity of a SPP:

      • a schedule of electricity consumption by the facility for each month during the calendar year with a breakdown of consumption by hour for each day.

      If these data are not available (the facility does not have an AMR system or no statistics on the power sector are kept at all), then our company’s specialists can conduct an energy audit and analytics on the company’s power balance on their own resources and means in order to obtain the necessary information.

      The following data is required to calculate the capacity of a SPP:

      Our goal is to ensure minimal dependence of our customer’s business on the power grid!

      To build and launch a solar power plant for self-consumption (without connecting to the feed-in tariff), there is no need to interact with external authorities and regulatory bodies (DSO, TSO, NEURC, etc.), since the SPP is not connected to external power grids but is integrated into the internal power grids of the facility within its territory. Therefore, no documents are required for external authorities. Our specialists design and build a PV system with its connection to your power grid, and you can start operating it immediately and save money!

      This data is calculated for each facility separately. They depend on the size of the electricity tariff, consumption volumes, and the capacity of the solar station. The higher the tariff and the greater the volume of daily electricity consumption, the sooner the station will pay off. The total compensation for consumption for large industrial enterprises averages 30-50%. The payback period is 4-6 years.

      Our PV plant are equipped with a special system for monitoring and controlling its operation. This system allows you to monitor the station’s operation in real time and optimize consumption.

      Our company’s specialists can operate the monitoring system and control the operation of SPPs 24/7/365 as part of the maintenance of the implemented facilities.

      A vacant plot of land, the roof of your buildings, the facade of buildings or a canopy over a parking lot – all of these are suitable for installing a solar power plant. After the installation of a solar power plant, unused areas and plots turn into your new asset that generates electricity!

      A detailed analysis of sites for the placement of SPPs is carried out by our specialists during the inspection and energy audit of the facility, after which recommendations on the optimal architecture of the future SPP are taken into account in our proposals and calculations.

        Solar Power Plant for Self-Consumption

        A solar power plant for self-consumption is a practical solution for businesses that want real control over their electricity costs. It works simply: the energy generated at any given moment is immediately used within the facility. No complex schemes, no feeding energy into the grid — just what is needed for daily operations. For businesses, this means clear economics and tangible savings without unnecessary risks.

        Solar power plants for self-consumption perform best where energy usage occurs during daytime hours. Manufacturing facilities, warehouses, retail, and agricultural businesses can fully utilize their potential. In such conditions, the system operates efficiently, and the payback period remains reasonable. Business owners can immediately see the impact on their electricity bills and plan future growth without being tied to constantly rising tariffs.

        An important aspect is the absence of a “feed-in tariff” and no energy export to the external grid. Modern inverter automation maintains a precise balance and prevents excess energy from leaving the facility. Essentially, a self-consumption solar system operates entirely within your energy ecosystem, adapting to your real needs. Properly selected equipment and professional installation also ensure reliable operation for many years.

        Benefits of a Self-Consumption Solar System

        A solar power plant for self-consumption provides not only savings but also stability and energy independence for businesses. For companies paying commercial electricity tariffs, this solution significantly reduces operational costs and makes them predictable for years ahead. It is especially relevant in cases where connection to local grids is limited or increasing available capacity is difficult.

        Additionally, such systems are often the optimal solution when the external grid cannot physically supply the required load for full-scale operations. On-site generation allows businesses to partially or fully cover the energy deficit without costly and time-consuming approvals from energy providers.

        Key advantages:

        • reduced electricity costs from the very first month;
        • independence from outages and grid limitations;
        • efficient use of rooftop or ground space;
        • fast return on investment for businesses with daytime consumption;
        • scalability for future expansion.

        A separate advantage is alignment with European sustainability trends. If your business exports to EU countries, a solar power plant helps meet the requirements of the European Green Deal. Using clean energy reduces the risk of carbon-related taxes and opens up better opportunities for cooperation with European partners.

        Solar systems for self-consumption are ideal for businesses operating actively during the day:

        • manufacturing facilities and workshops;
        • logistics and warehouse complexes;
        • office buildings;
        • shopping and entertainment centers;
        • business centers.

        SolarSK specialists design solutions tailored to the real needs of each facility to ensure measurable economic results.

        Implementation Options

        There are several ways to implement such projects. Our team always starts with an analysis of the facility and its energy consumption, then offers the optimal configuration. Solar systems can be installed on the ground or rooftops — including industrial buildings, warehouses, offices, farms, hotels, and other commercial properties. Mounting structures and tilt angles are carefully selected to maximize energy output.

        Depending on business needs, the following system types are available:

        • Autonomous System. A fully independent solution that eliminates reliance on the external grid. It includes energy storage systems that accumulate excess generation during peak production hours. Stored energy is used in the evening, at night, or during power outages. Ideal for regions with unstable electricity supply.
        • Grid-Tied System. Solar panels operate in parallel with the external grid. When generation is insufficient, electricity is automatically drawn from the grid. The inverter supplies generated energy directly to the facility’s internal network, ensuring maximum efficiency during daytime.
        • Hybrid System. Combines the benefits of both autonomous and grid-tied systems. It allows energy storage while maintaining grid backup, making it ideal for critical operations.

        We select the system format to ensure it not only works but actively strengthens your business.
