Location: Serbia
The role involves work both in the office and on construction sites.
Responsibilities:

Management of construction works on site

Coordination of contractors and construction teams

Quality control and compliance with project documentation

Ensuring supply of technical materials and organizing accommodation for installers

Рroviding technical, necessary materials and accommodation for installers

Problem-solving and operational decision-making

Requirements:

Experience in construction project management

Understanding of solar power plant construction (preferred)

Leadership and organizational skills

English and Serbian languages – Upper Intermediate

Ability to work on-site in Serbia

Responsibility and result-oriented approach
