The fastenings of Solar Stalconstrukciya exclusively are produced from structural steel: S235JR, S350GD. Where 235 and 350 are hardness indexes and a consequence — dimensional stability.

Our company offers 2 kinds of covering:

• the roll zinc-coating in thickness 25 microns (it is also named as cold zinc).
• the zinc-coating of end product in thickness 50 microns (it is also named as hot-dip zinc coating).

The zinc coated steel (or cold zinc) — is a covering of metal by  layer of zinc in defense of corrosion. The not protected steel oxidizes in the air. That`s what rust collects.

If we cover the steel by layer of zinc, its protecting film will not allow to pass the oxygen to  wash metal and ferrum that is under the cover. Thus, the iron will be protected from corrosion.

The zinc and iron make galvanic couple, wherein the steel — is less active metal, resulting from the zinc enteres into reactions of corrosion by first and the base metal remains nearly untouched.

The fastenings of proprietary design of Solar Stalconstrukciya are universally applicable. It is quick and easy for assembling. And it does not require any additional equipment and finishing.

Please be aware that holes in profile have exactly oval shape. What has been done in response to the difference of material property of aluminum and steel. It expands with different strength and intencity. If it is not done the glass flat of panel will crack.

Thus, the iron is cheaper than our zinc-coating design concepts, before it is not prepared in no way and already drilled in place. And hole configuration will never be oval.
