“Solar Steelconstruction ” has implemented more than 3,000 objects

Every year, sustainable energy receives new challenges, as well as opportunities for development. Thus, as of 2019, the world produced about 2.4 TW of electricity from all renewable energy sources, in particular, Europe and Asian countries accounted for more than 640 GW.

On October 16-18, the main event of the industry will take place in Kyiv – the 11th Forum and Exhibition of Sustainable Energy of Central and Eastern Europe SEF 2019 KYIV. The forum will gather more than 600 delegates from 37 countries of the world, including owners, managers, directors of the largest international companies, as well as investors and entrepreneurs in the field of sustainable energy. The largest exhibition in Central and Eastern Europe will present the latest technologies of the industry: modernized equipment, the latest solutions, modern services and innovative ideas for effective business development, as well as energy technologies that are changing the energy landscape around the world.

The company’s activities are focused on the high-tech production of fastening systems, the construction and operation of solar power plants, as well as the performance of the entire range of installation work. “Solar Steelconstruction ” is a partner and participant of the SEF 2019 KYIV event.

Please tell us about the products and services of the company “Solar Steelconstruction “.

Our company is one of the largest in Ukraine on the solar energy market, engaged in the design and production of mounting systems for solar power plants for the industrial sector, as well as for private households. The basis of our products are fastening systems made of hot-dip galvanized steel, aluminum and cold-rolled coil. Our company employs highly qualified engineers, professional construction crews with experience in the energy market.

How did the indicators of your company’s activity on the Ukrainian market change in the first half of 2019 (compared to the same period in 2018)?

You know, we built and continue to build stations. In 2019, compared to 2018, our company operates 24/7. The production capacity allows us to produce products on time, which is very important for our customers.

What category of customers prevails among customers of your services? Why?

Our company operates in the solar energy market through a dealer network. Our main clients are assembly organizations and EPC companies. Regardless of the request, we have ready-made solutions that our dealers use, and we can also develop non-standard solutions depending on the request. For example, it can be a 2 kW rooftop plant or a 50 MW plant – with a variable tilt angle or on concrete blocks – we are open to all.

Please tell us what achievements of the last 2-3 years the company “Solar Steelconstruction “ can be especially proud of?

In 2018, we opened an integrated production, which has no analogues in Ukraine. We have three plants: Dnipro, Kyiv and Kyiv region. We have implemented more than 3,000 objects in 7 years. In 2018 alone, we delivered more than 30,000 tons of metal structures not only on the territory of Ukraine, but also to the CIS countries.

Currently, our company is participating in one project on the construction of SES on trackers. We are constantly developing, looking for new solutions, interesting projects.

This year, we are actively designing and installing industrial roof SPPs, in addition to this, our company provides a full range of installation services: driving piles, geodetic marking of sites, installation of fastening systems, installation of photo modules, driving inverter piles, laying cables and much more. In your opinion, is a global transition to 100% renewable energy possible?

It’s hard to say now, but it’s all coming up. Behind the “sun” is the future, and it’s wonderful.

What does Solar Steelconstruction think about the use of artificial intelligence in the field of renewable energy?

Progress does not stand still and it is very important to stimulate this progress. We will not talk about robots; artificial intelligence can be both in the management of a solar station and control of its generation, as well as in design. Therefore, I can definitely say that the company “Solar Steelconstruction “, if there is such an opportunity, will be happy to use artificial intelligence under the control of our specialists.

In your opinion, what should everyone know about solar energy?

Solar energy is the future. Solar energy is affordable, practical, environmentally friendly and, of course, beautiful, so why not use it.
