Home ground stations to be!!

June 27, 2019 a meeting of the NCREP was held, at which the issues related to the installation of home solar power plants and their connection were considered«green tariff”.

According to this resolution, it is stipulated that:

solar power plants, installed and put into operation by the end of 2018, remain unchanged, that is, they can sell electricity at a tariff of 550.21 kopecks / kWh.

Indexing is preserved. For SPPs installed during 2019, both on the ground and on the roof, the tariff remains at the level of 550.21 kopecks / kWh (with indexation). SPPs with a capacity of up to 50 kW, which were put into operation from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2029, can be installed only on roofs and / or facades of buildings and other capital structures (without ground structures). The tariff for 50 kW stations introduced during 2019 is 540.74 kopecks / kWh (without VAT).

For combined plants (wind + solar) with a capacity of up to 50 kW, installed during 2019, the tariff will be 489.24 kopecks / kWh (without VAT). This statement will be published in the newspaper “Government Courier” in the near future.

Based on everything, we can say that by the end of 2019, owners of private households can install ground solar stations with a capacity of 30 kW. The tariff remains at the level of EUR 0.18 per kWh.
