Change of “green tariff” for private households.

About the establishment of “green” tariffs for electric energy produced by private households’ generating facilities

In accordance with the laws of Ukraine “On Alternative Energy Sources”, “On the National Commission Carrying Out State Regulation in the Fields of Energy and Communal Services” and the Procedure for Establishing, Revising and Terminating the “Green” Tariff for Electric Energy for Business Entities, Consumers of electric energy, including energy cooperatives, and private households whose generating facilities produce electric energy from alternative energy sources, approved by the resolution of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities Sectors dated August 30, 2019 No. 1817, National Commission , which carries out state regulation in the spheres of energy and communal services, DECIDES:

Establish a “green” tariff for electric energy produced from the energy of solar radiation by generating units of private households, the installed capacity of which does not exceed 30 kW and which are put into operation:

  • from April 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014 – 1,015.38 kopecks/kWh (without VAT);
  • from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015 – 913.23 kopecks/kWh (without VAT);
  • from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 – 567.15 kopecks/kWh (without VAT);
  • from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 – 538.18 kopecks/kWh (without VAT);
  • from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019 – 512.26 kopecks/kWh (without VAT);
  • from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024 – 460.43 kopecks/kWh (without VAT).

Establish a “green” tariff for electric energy produced from the energy of solar radiation by generating units of private households, the installed capacity of which does not exceed 50 kW, provided that they are located on the roofs and/or facades of buildings and other capital structures, and which are put into operation from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 – 512.26 kopecks/kWh (without VAT).

This resolution shall enter into force on April 1, 2020, but no earlier than the day following its publication on the official website of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities Sectors.
