On setting green tariffs for electricity produced by generating installations of private households
In accordance with the Laws of Ukraine “On Alternative Energy Sources”, “On the National Commission for State Regulation in the Fields of Energy and Utilities” and the Procedure for Establishing, Revising and Terminating the “Green” Tariff for Electricity for Business Entities, Consumers electricity, including energy cooperatives, and private households whose generating installations generate electricity from alternative energy sources approved by the National Commission of the State Energy and Utilities Regulation dated August 30, 2019, No. 1817, National Commission for Energy and Utilities Regulation, HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Establish a “green” tariff for electricity produced from solar energy by generating installations of private households whose installed capacity does not exceed 30 kW and which are commissioned:
Establish a “green” tariff for electricity produced from solar energy by generating installations of private households whose installed capacity does not exceed 30 kW and which are commissioned:
- from 01 April 2013 to 31 December 2014 – 1015,38 kop / kWh (excluding VAT);
- from 01 January 2015 to 30 June 2015 – 913,23 kop / kWh (excluding VAT);
- from 01 July 2015 to 31 December 2015 – 567,15 kop / kWh (excluding VAT);
- from 01 January 2016 to 31 December 2016 – 538,18 kop / kWh (excluding VAT);
- from 01 January 2017 to 31 December 2019 – 512,26 kop / kWh (excluding VAT);
- from 01 January, 2020 to December 31, 2024 – 460.43 kop / kWh (excluding VAT).
Establish a “green” tariff for electricity generated from solar energy by generating installations of private households with installed capacity not exceeding 50 kW, provided that they are located on the roofs and / or facades of buildings and other capital structures, and commissioned from 01 January 2019 to December 31, 2019 – 512.26 kop / kWh (excluding VAT).
Commission on State Regulation in the Fields of Energy and Public Utilities No. 3006 of December 24, 2019 “On the Setting of“ Green ”Tariffs for Electricity Produced by Generating Installations of Private Households.
This regulation shall enter into force on April 1, 2020, but not earlier than the day following its publication on the official website of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities.
